We are seeking a Maintenance Planning & Reliability Engineer to support maintenance planning, reliability improvement, and equipment availability for Caterpillar-based power generation and heavy equipment systems.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and manage preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.
•Plan and coordinate maintenance shutdowns and work execution.
•Manage CMMS activities (MAXIMO preferred) including work orders and maintenance records.
•Track maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability).
•Support condition monitoring and predictive maintenance activities.
•Plan spare parts usage and maintenance resources.
•Prepare maintenance reports and performance analysis.
Qualifications
•Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Power/Energy Engineering.
•5 years’ experience in power generation, oil & gas, or heavy equipment maintenance.
•Strong understanding of diesel generator systems (Caterpillar or equivalent)
CMMS experience (MAXIMO is an advantage).
•Strong Excel, reporting, and documentation skills.
•Good understanding of maintenance planning and reliability concepts.
•Experience in condition monitoring (vibration, oil analysis, engine performance trends).
•Experience in structured maintenance environments (power plants, utilities, industrial sites).
